Centrum Development and Investments informs that on 1st July 2011 Bartłomiej Hofman has become the Chairman of the Board. He has been working in the commercial real estate sector in Poland since 1999. Prior joining Eastbridge Group he was the Managing Director of Europolis real estate fund in Poland. To the Board has also joined Barbara Sikora whose is also a Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior joining Eastbridge Group she was working, amongst others, for Budmimex SA, GE Healthcare, and for audit firms of the so-called “Big Four”.

Centrum Development and Investments Polska (CDI Poland) announces that signed an agreement with a Belgian company IMMOBEL SA in the respect of cooperation on realization of commercial projects in Poland, as well as the sale of two of its companies: Okrąglak Development Sp. z o. o. and CEDET Sp. o. o. (Limited Liability Company).

Centrum Development & Investments, was present at this year's MAPIC in Cannes, where has presented the commercial projects, inter alia, Lublin, Katowice, Krakow and Poznan. During the fair, was carried out a discussion on the development of retail sales on the Polish market, in which Beata Kokeli, Member of the board - CCO -, represented the company.
