Centrum Development & Investments presented a project comprising the revitalisation and extension of the Smyk Shopping Centre (former CDT) for the first time during a press conference on 13 November of this year.

Passer-bys who visited renewed Wiecha Walkway in 11-12 October had a chance to take part in an unusual event, namely they could change themselves into stars from the 60s, hippies from the 70s or stylize themselves according to the fashion as in Saturday Night Fever.

On Thursday, October 9, a ‘topping out’ ceremony was carried out in the Renoma building in Wrocław, at 40 Świdnicka Street, which is currently undergoing an extension. Among the guests in attendance were representatives of the municipality, of the investor, the contractor, the government, the cultural institutions and the media.
